For all new connections, we strongly recommend using our setup disk which will automatically configure your modem and mail settings:

• Bribie Net install disk as a zip file (275kb)
• Bribie Net install disk as an exe file (284kb)

To setup your modem and mail manually:

• Dial-in number is 34002600 (no spaces)
• POP and SMTP server is mail.bribieisland.net

At any time that you have a connection problem, run the setup disk again.

Bribie Net provides a local call within a 25 km radius (inside the inner red circle). Users in the outer (shaded pink area) may also be able to connect as a local call by ringing Telstra to check the call charge from your phone number to 3400 2600. If it turns out to be STD, ask them to enable "wide area calls" which should extend you to a 50k radius (it is free service but you need to request it).
