A recent Microsoft Windows update has been reported to be causing problems with firewalls. After installing the update, internet users have reported loss of access to web sites and email.
Anyone using Zone Alarm Security Suite who is still having connection problems needs to download the latest version.
As agents for Zone Alarm we learnt about the issue with ZA but have only heard rumours that other types of firewall may be similarly affected. Zone Alarm firewall technology has been employed by millions of users world wide for more than 10 years and their solution has always been the most advanced. As usual Microsoft does not consider other software developers.
