Prepaid cards for Internet access are available from these outlets. Purchasing a prepaid card does not automatically update an account until the card numbers are submitted online or phoned through to 3410 7200.

Plan changes:

To change your account plan (such as moving from 10 Hours to 50 Hours or Flatrate) simply purchase the appropriate card value.

• Top ups - hours are added to current hours for a new total.
• Monthly renewals occur on the anniversary date.
• Login/Password must be lowercase letters and numbers only.
• Usernames need to be original and if duplication occurs we will contact you.
• Passwords must include at least one number.
